Applications are now open for the Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship 2025. This is a Fully Funded Scholarship designed for international students seeking to obtain a Master’s Degree from one of the affiliated universities located in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Japan. There are 41 eligible Master’s Degree Programs available across 24 universities. To qualify for the World Bank Scholarship Program, you must have received an unconditional offer.

The Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship Form will only be sent to candidates who have been unconditionally admitted to one of the participating master’s programs. There is no application fee for applying to the World Bank Scholarship. Eligibility Criteria for Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship 2025

  • Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of a developing nation that is a member of the World Bank.  
  • Citizenship: Applicants cannot possess dual citizenship of any developed nation.  
  • Health: Applicants must be in good physical condition.  
  • Education: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) earned at least three years before the application deadline.  
  • Admission: Applicants must gain unconditional admission to a participating program by the scholarship application deadline.  
  • Professional Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of full-time, paid work in development-related roles within the last 6 years. Part-time experience may also be considered.
